Case 1: BOTOX® Cosmetic

This 47 year old woman wanted to look better for her age. She had very sun-damaged skin, deep lines, and thinning lined lips. She received a medium chemical peel (Jessner's-TCA), followed by Botox Cosmetic 30 units total for her lower forehead and around her eyes and Juvederm Ultra Plus 0.8 mL for her lips and nasolabial lines. Notice the subtle unweighting of her upper eyelids and softening of her facial lines while her lips are filled for a natural look.
