Case 2: BOTOX® Cosmetic

This 49 year old man wanted improvement of the deep creases between his eyebrows. After one treatment with 15 units of Botox Cosmetic, not only did his creases improve, but so did the horizontal lines in his forehead. This occurs because there is some migration with Botox Cosmetic. Even though one area is targeted, other areas can be affected. The trick is to affect the other areas in a positive way that makes the whole face look better. See how he can still move his forehead and be expressive, but look better while doing it. Also notice that there is no heaviness to his upper eyelids or eyebrows after treatment, something seen when too much Botox Cosmetic is placed in the wrong location.
